We're very sure that you'll LOVE our products as much as we do, and we don't offer returns on our cosmetic products, but in the VERY unlikely event that you feel you've purchased the incorrect item, please let us know and we'll log a return. Returning the product to us via courier, in person (option NOT available at the moment as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic) or post, will be for your account. We ONLY accept returns within 3 days of delivery or collection (NOT applicable during the lockdown) and products need to be sealed and therefore unused. A credit note or refund will be issued within 5 working days of assessment, bearing in mind that each return is approached as an individual case and will be investigated and judged accordingly.
