Should you order a product that becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of this, and either advise when we expect to replenish that particular stock, offer an alternative or cancel the order and refund the payment, should that be your preference.
All our products are cruelty-free and we strive to keep the integrity of every product we sell to be as natural as possible, and/or with a strong eco ethos.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We offer online payments via Payfast, which offers a seamless and swift solution to payment needs catering to Mastercard, Visa Card, Instant EFT and Zapper payments. We also offer manual payments via EFT directly to us, upon request. In addition to this, Mobicred is also available, allowing users to make their payments in increments, as long as they are Mobicred clients. The signup process is an easy and secure process.
You're also more than welcome to place your order online and collect in person from us in Claremont, but these options are currently NOT available, due to the Coronavirus necessitating that our offices remain closed until further notice. You are able to enjoy our products via the online shopping experience, with our products available to purchase on this website and delivered to any address of your choosing.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer delivery options to main centres and a few outlying areas, offering 3 distinct advantages - that it's fast, delivered right to your door and you have the option to track your order until you receive it.Once your order is placed on our platform, you will have the option to select delivery at a flat rate of R99, or enjoy FREE delivery for orders over R500. During the lockdown period, these are the only options available.
Our couriers deliver on working days, meaning Monday to Friday and usually between 08:00 and 19:00. While we're just as excited (if not more so!) than you are for placing your order and we all want you to receive it as SOON as possible, every now and then, our couriers might encounter adversity on the road, and we ask for your understanding, should an order be delivered a day or 2 late. Please be advised that a "late" order, mitigated by reasonable reasons, will not be considered as a reason to cancel an order. We're always happy to assist, so we welcome the opportunity to assist, should you feel concern regarding the delivery of your much-anticipated order.
The duration of your delivery is usually between 3 and 5 working days to main centres and 7 to 9 working days for outlying areas. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving proof of payment, bearing in mind that EFT payments take longer to reflect that credit and debit card payments, which are immediate.
Whilst it is always a priority for us to keep delivery costs as low as possible, our flat rate is R99. If your checkout cart's value exceeds R 500, then get excited with us - your delivery is FREE! 💃💃💃
RETURNS
We're very sure that you'll LOVE our products as much as we do, and we don't offer returns on our cosmetic products, but in the VERY unlikely event that you feel you've purchased the incorrect item, please let us know and we'll log a return. Returning the product to us via courier, in person (option NOT available at the moment as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic) or post, will be for your account. We ONLY accept returns within 3 days of delivery or collection (NOT applicable during the lockdown) and products need to be sealed and therefore unused. A credit note or refund will be issued within 5 working days of assessment, bearing in mind that each return is approached as an individual case and will be investigated and judged accordingly.
